Do you have a specific goal, do you suffer from injuries or do you like to train under supervision? The A-Pack offers personal training sessions, 1-on-1 guidance with a coach.
What can you expect at The A-Pack ?
- Coach with Master's degree in physical activity, fitness and health (KU Leuven).
- Varied training sessions.
- Progressive build-up of training sessions.
- Sessions adapted to your level.
- Fun and an hour of training where you can give your all!
- You can also come and train independently outside your PT sessions.
Before we start, we schedule an intake meeting. Here we will find out what your goals are, your medical and sporting background and your current fitness level. On the basis of this information, we can draw up adapted training sessions. The intake always takes place by appointment and lasts about 45 minutes (this is a completely non-binding and free appointment).
