Mission and vision

At The A-Pack Fitness Studio, well-being and relaxation are key. Our aim is for your moment of sport and exercise to be a moment of relaxation where you take time for yourself. We try to offer our clients a unique fitness experience where the stress of day-to-day life is forgotten for a while.

Our mission is to get as many people as possible moving regularly. Numerous activities fall under the heading of exercise. These can range from walking to a specific sport to a fitness session and much more. Our goal is to give you an extra option to exercise without an expensive subscription or long commitment.

Why The A-Pack?

At The A-Pack, we take a few worries away from you when it comes to working out. By limiting the number of clients per hour, you won't have to worry about an overcrowded gym where you spend more time waiting than training effectively. Forgotten your towel? No problem, it will be provided for you. Hesitating about the exercises you can do? We offer a full-body workout every month, free of charge, with a video and explanation in our app. Do you only want to train with us once a week because you already have another activity, or do you only want to train with us for a limited period? Perfectly possible, we work with credits instead of memberships!

Sarah Magnée

Hey! I'm Sarah, founder and owner of The A-Pack fitness studio. Besides being the owner of The A-Pack, I am also a personal trainer.

I have been involved in sport and exercise since childhood. As a little girl, you could always find me on the football pitch at the playground. After school hours, I would have fun on a tennis court, athletics track, in a swimming pool or just in the garden. I tried out many different sports as a child (athletics, tennis, gymnastics, dance, swimming, wall climbing, horse riding, football,...), 2 of them have stayed with me the most.

As a 4-year-old girl, I followed in the footsteps of my parents and my big sister and started playing tennis. Until the age of 19, I played at competition level. At the age of 8, I then started athletics as an additional occupation. At first, I was mainly involved in half-distance distances at competition level. Then I switched to javelin throw (I know, special combo :p ).

The love for sport made me want to make from sport and exercise my job too. That is why I started my studies in Physical Education and Movement Sciences in Leuven in 2015. In 2020, I obtained my master's degree in physical activity, fitness and health. Over the past few years, I was able to gain experience in various fitness centres and personal training studios. 2024 is the year I was able to make my dream come true, starting my own studio. For me, the most important thing in sports and exercise is to have fun! That's why I like to work with my clients to find what they like to do and will stick with for a long time. From this also follows my motto: ‘The best physical activity is the one you're doing!’.
