Fitness at The A-Pack
Besides personal training, you can also come to us to train independently. For these reservations, we work with credits. You book a spot in the gym through our very simple and convenient app. A reservation is valid for 1 hour of training. You share the room with a maximum of 2 other members.
To make sure you have an idea of what you can do in the gym, we offer a full-body workout every month, which you can find in our app with a video and explanation.
Below are a few guidelines for fitness bookings.
Private fitness
You can also choose to rent the whole fitness room. For these reservations, we also work with credits. You book the room via our very simple and convenient app. A reservation is valid for 1 hour of training and you can come and train with 3 people.

Guidelines
- Fitness sessions require reservation via our app. To make a reservation, you first buy your credits via our app. Then you can choose in our schedule whether you would like to book a fitness spot or the entire room (private fitness). Choose the time you want to come and work out!
- You can book your session 2 weeks in advance.
- You can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the start of the session. Cancellations within the hour before the sessions are non-refundable.
- For private hire, you can use the room with a maximum of 3 people.
- You may come and train with us independently from the age of 16. From 14 years, you may come to train if a parent or guardian is present.
